OctiCC privacy notice
This notice describes information handled by the OctiCC website and purchase flow operated by Farrington Development LLC. A customer's deployed OctiCC instance has its own configuration and data boundary.
Information collected
- Contact and business details submitted through checkout or contact forms, including company, name, email, phone, and message.
- Order choices, consent record, referral source, and transaction identifiers.
- Basic request and security information such as timestamps, IP address, user agent, and error logs where needed to operate and protect the service.
Payments
Stripe processes the payment interface and card information. The OctiCC website sends order details to the Farrington Command Center checkout service and receives a Stripe checkout session. Raw card numbers are not stored by this website or the Command Center order record. Stripe's own privacy terms also apply to its processing.
How information is used
Information is used to provide checkout, verify payment, issue the license, deliver software, provision optional hosting, respond to inquiries, prevent fraud, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations.
Service providers and disclosure
Information is shared only as needed with payment, email, hosting, security, and other service providers used to complete the requested transaction or service. OctiCC does not sell customer personal information.
Support access
The Command Center support bridge is not standing access. It is opt-in, tenant-scoped, auditable, and revocable. Support personnel receive access only when the customer enables the bridge for an agreed support purpose.
Private deployments and outbound integrations
A private-LAN deployment does not by itself make connected cloud services private. Enabled model providers, email, telephony, payments, or other integrations may receive data. Fully private use requires local models and services with external integrations disabled.
Retention and choices
Order and consent records are retained as needed for fulfillment, licensing, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Contact requests are retained as needed to respond and manage the business relationship. To ask about access, correction, or deletion where applicable, use the contact form or call (828) 770-9428.
