OctiCC terms of sale

These terms apply to purchases of OctiCC Pro from Farrington Development LLC. By checking the consent box and completing checkout, the buyer agrees to these terms.

1. Product and price

OctiCC Pro is one commercial software SKU priced at $7,995 as a one-time license purchase. The license applies to the licensed deployment and is delivered digitally after confirmed payment. OpenOcti is separate free open-source software and is not an OctiCC Pro commercial tier.

2. Deployment choices

• Private LAN / customer-hosted: the buyer operates OctiCC on infrastructure the buyer controls. Farrington charges no hosting fee for this mode.
• Farrington-managed hosting: optional at $299 per month. The first monthly charge is due at checkout and the hosting service renews monthly while active.

AI models and connected services are BYOK unless a separate written quote states otherwise. The buyer is responsible for provider accounts, usage charges, and deciding which integrations to enable.

3. Privacy boundary

A private-LAN deployment can still send data outside the buyer's network when cloud models, email, telephony, payments, or other external integrations are enabled. Fully private use requires local models and local services with external integrations disabled. Enabled outbound integrations must be disclosed in the deployment configuration.

4. Included and excluded items

OctiCC Pro includes the secure client portal and OpenClaw. It does not include a custom public website. Optional support, DeerFlow, custom web design, branding, migration, custom integrations or workflows, training, and assisted installation require separate written quotes and are not included in the checkout price.

5. Support access

Optional support is priced separately. If used, the Command Center support bridge is opt-in, tenant-scoped, auditable, and revocable. Buying a license or managed hosting does not grant Farrington standing access to the buyer's tenant.

6. Updates and delivery

The purchase includes 12 months of software updates. Checkout and fulfillment use Stripe payment confirmation as the authoritative payment record. A license and delivery instructions are issued only after confirmed payment.

7. Final sale and immediate delivery

OctiCC Pro is a digital product. All commercial sales are final. At checkout, the buyer expressly requests immediate digital delivery and acknowledges that delivery begins after confirmed payment. Buyers who want to evaluate the software first should use OpenOcti.
